B1.3 Licensed Engineer (7 on 7 off)

What you will do

• Complete and certify helicopter maintenance inspections, repairs, and defect rectification.
• Perform maintenance on airframe structures, power plants, mechanical and electrical systems, and avionics line-replaceable units.
• Carry out line maintenance at customer locations using a company-provided van.
• Troubleshoot faults independently or as part of a team and complete tests confirming serviceability.
• Supervise maintenance fitters and certify their work.
• Support hangar operations, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping.

Requirements

• Part 66 B1.3 Licence for turbine rotorcraft.
• Thorough knowledge of helicopter engine and airframe systems, specialised test equipment, and hirify.global Helicopters products and documentation.
• Working knowledge of UK CAA Part 145, Part M, and UK ANO requirements.
• Current legal right to work in the United Kingdom and ability to obtain SC security clearance; a five-year UK residence history is generally required for clearance.
• Clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to customer locations during shifts.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; successful applicants must complete BPSS screening and meet export compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Type ratings on AS350, EC130, EC135, H135, EC145, H145, or H160.
• Experience across multiple operational environments.
