Senior Sales Executive (Install Base) (HCM/ERP)

Location: Netherlands

Base salary: €65,000–€75,000 annually, plus performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Drive sustainable revenue growth across SMB accounts with 200–2,500 seats.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities for WFM, HCM, Payroll, licenses, modules, and additional solutions.
• Manage complex sales cycles and deliver at least 100% of agreed booking or revenue targets.
• Create account plans, sales strategies, and business plans that position hirify.global as a long-term strategic partner.
• Build customer relationships through regular engagement, business reviews, and value-focused conversations.
• Coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and other internal resources to deliver successful customer solutions.

Requirements

• Proven account management experience in IT, software solutions, or ERP solutions.
• Fluent Dutch is required, with an understanding of doing business in the Netherlands highly desirable.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record and strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present a clear business case.
• Business and financial acumen, relationship management skills, discipline, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
