Logistics Team Lead

Location: On-site in Almere, Netherlands

Salary: EUR 48,020–76,832 per year, plus holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations while maintaining service-level agreements and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of the logistics team.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement lean process improvements to remove operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with customer service, supply chain teams, and external transportation partners to improve freight efficiency and inventory flow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control procedures.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational metrics and driving process optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for leading teams and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to lean and continuous improvement.
