What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Supply Chain Planners.
- Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term planning strategies for the Solids manufacturing organization.
- Build capacity, resource, and API planning strategies aligned with compliance, product lifecycle changes, and growth.
- Lead scenario planning and risk management to protect continuity of supply.
- Monitor inventory, reduce waste, rejects, and discards, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Represent planning in site and IPT Solids leadership teams while leading cross-functional supply chain improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in supply chain, production, master, demand, or related planning within manufacturing.
- Experience with planning systems, ERP platforms, and data-driven decision-making; SAP and IBP experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- People leadership experience is preferred, including direct management or leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, chemical, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Direct people management or leadership of planning and supply chain improvement initiatives.
