Demand Planner Central & Eastern Europe (SAP IBP/Healthcare): Developing SKU-level demand forecasts and regional demand plans for healthcare products with an accent on statistical forecasting, S&OP alignment, and product lifecycle planning. Focus on improving forecast accuracy, analyzing demand risks and variances, and translating market inputs into executive-level planning insights.
Location: Roosendaal, Netherlands; hybrid schedule with 4 office days and 1 day working from home per week

What you will do
- Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using SAP IBP, statistical methods, historical trends, and market intelligence.
- Lead monthly Demand Review meetings and support the regional S&OP cycle.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Planning, Global Operations, and regional markets to create consensus demand plans.
- Support product lifecycle planning, including new product introductions, product transitions, product maturity, and end-of-life management.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, MTD performance, NPI adherence, risks, and opportunities; develop dashboards and corrective action plans.
- Lead demand planning for the Annual Operating Plan and Mid-Year Plan, communicating assumptions and volume projections to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in demand planning or a related field within a cross-functional matrix organization.
- BS/BA degree in business, mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Experience with demand planning, forecasting, IBP, S&OP, demand analytics, and statistical forecasting.
- Knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP APO, or an equivalent planning system, plus advanced Excel and data analysis.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent written and verbal English required.
