European Graduate Program - Operations / Lean Manufacturing

Location: Oegstgeest, Netherlands for the first 12-month rotation, followed by an international assignment at a European production site in Year 2. An unrestricted right to work in the EU is required.

Salary: up to €50,492 gross per year.

What you will do

• Contribute to daily operational management and strategic manufacturing projects during a two-year rotational program.
• Connect operational streams across training, management, design, and communication as a Core Team Member for the Ignite Movement.
• Manage and optimize shared digital platforms and resource hubs for the internal community.
• Design training materials, digital tools, and interactive workshops with Movement Leads.
• Apply Lean methodologies to improve manufacturing workflows and integrate basic scripts and AI tools into operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Production, or General Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial practical experience through internships, co-ops, or academic projects, preferably in an international manufacturing environment.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs, with basic coding knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for Apps Script.
• Autonomous, proactive, organized, and collaborative approach with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in AI workplace tools.
