Distribution Manager (Warehouse Operations)

What you will do

• Lead warehouse operations from the floor, working alongside employees to maintain accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Direct inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments across a 1.5-million-square-foot distribution operation.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers overseeing teams of more than 500 employees.
• Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and same-day shipping performance.
• Investigate operational challenges and implement practical, data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience leading high-volume distribution operations.
• Direct leadership experience with warehouse managers and teams of 400+ employees.
• Experience improving productivity, quality, and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience with KPIs, performance metrics, and warehouse management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
