Outbound Warehouse Manager

Location: United States. Onsite warehouse role with less than 10% domestic travel. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Supervisors and Leads.
• Oversee staging and shipping of outbound products through LTL, parcel, and truckload carriers.
• Verify shipment paperwork and coordinate with freight carriers to ensure timely pickups.
• Manage labor hours, consumable supplies, schedules, and additional shifts within budget.
• Reduce freight damage through proper packaging and manage warehouse wireless RF scanner infrastructure.
• Drive 95% on-time delivery, safe warehouse operations, cost reduction, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in outbound distribution.
• Prior experience managing direct reports.
• Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability for a typical Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, with occasional Saturday hours and schedule changes based on workload.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with XA or Manhattan.
