Job Scheduler/Coordinator

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; Australian working hours and Australian public holidays apply.

Salary: Up to PHP 80,000.

What you will do

• Book and schedule field-service jobs in Uptick.
• Match technicians to jobs based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
• Estimate realistic job durations and build efficient daily and weekly schedules.
• Reschedule work when priorities change, technicians become unavailable, or urgent jobs arise.
• Coordinate appointment times and schedule changes with technicians and customers.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and communicate conflicts, capacity issues, and at-risk jobs to management.

Requirements

• Hands-on fire services or fire protection industry experience, or proven scheduling/dispatch experience in a trades or field-service environment.
• Strong organisational skills for managing changing schedules across multiple technicians and jobs.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with technicians, customers, and management.
• Experience with job-management, scheduling, CRM, or field-service software; ability to learn systems such as Uptick.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing administrative and operational support to management and field teams.
