Field Dispatch Co-ordinator (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Receive, log, prioritize, and coordinate dispatch requests from NOC and Project teams.
• Assign qualified field engineers or approved third-party engineers to customer sites.
• Coordinate customer access, schedules, site contacts, travel, visas, offshore transfers, ground transport, and accommodation.
• Review HSE and travel security requirements, including certifications, PPE, destination risk assessments, advisories, and approvals.
• Arrange spares and equipment shipments, prepare pre-dispatch work packs, and manage post-dispatch documentation.
• Maintain ServiceNow work orders and dispatch records, provide documentation for billing, and support 24/7 on-call operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics coordination, or field service operations.
• Experience coordinating international travel, freight, or spares logistics.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Understanding of HSE requirements and travel security for offshore, maritime, and remote sites.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work with customers, engineers, and internal teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in satellite communications, telecommunications, maritime, energy, or offshore industries.
• Experience with spares or RMA logistics, international freight, or customs processes.
• Familiarity with VSAT, maritime, or offshore communications equipment and terminology.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM or ticketing platform.
