Field Service Dispatcher (Hardware)

Location: College Station, Texas, United States. Hybrid work may be available after training for eligible associates, with up to two work-from-home days per week.

What you will do

• Dispatch field service technicians to customer sites when system problems occur.
• Handle a high volume of calls from customers, technicians, and internal personnel regarding hardware problems.
• Take parts and supply orders for affiliate companies.
• Scan and file customer paperwork and audit parts and equipment orders.
• Participate in a paid on-call rotation of approximately one week per month.

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• High school diploma.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
