What you will do
- Manage clinician schedules, profiles, availability, service areas, and assignments in CareLink.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants across Georgia and New Jersey.
- Optimize clinician routes based on geography, availability, and operational priorities.
- Resolve scheduling errors, overbooking, unused capacity, coverage gaps, callouts, urgent requests, and other real-time changes.
- Support PTO approvals, answer scheduling questions, and maintain schedule updates with clinical managers.
- Train clinical and operational partners on CareLink workflows and use approved AI and automation tools to improve operational accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, field logistics, or healthcare operations.
- Current residence in Georgia, previous residence there, or extensive knowledge of Georgia geography, travel patterns, and regional differences.
- Experience using AI or automation tools to improve business workflows.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, issue resolution, and prioritization skills.
- Effective communication with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
- Comfort learning new systems and working in an evolving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with CareLink, healthcare scheduling, Google Workspace, or Excel.
