Project Manager, Design Team (Remote)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; availability required during US Eastern Time, 9 AM to 6 PM.

hirify.global provides on-demand graphic design services to SMEs, agencies, and marketing teams worldwide through a distributed team of designers.

What you will do

• Manage 10+ designers and a portfolio of 100+ clients.
• Allocate incoming design tasks to suitable designers and maintain the promised 24-hour delivery standard.
• Review completed work against client briefs and approve or return tasks for revision.
• Handle leave requests, communication, problem resolution, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Run monthly and annual performance reviews and lead individual and group training.
• Support complex client interactions through chat, email, and video calls.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of graphic and/or web design.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Slack, Asana, and Notion.
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines, provide direct feedback, and adapt to change.
• Excellent written and spoken English and availability for US Eastern Time, 9 AM to 6 PM.
