Senior Project Manager – SaaS Implementation (Travel & Expense)

hirify.global develops global technology solutions for the travel industry, including the Cytric SaaS platform for corporate travel and expense management.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Cytric implementation projects for strategic global customers.
• Coordinate integrations with third-party systems and align customers, internal teams, and partners.
• Track project milestones, budgets, quality, risks, and customer satisfaction.
• Support early-stage scoping and handover from presales.
• Provide stakeholders with project updates, issue summaries, and resolution plans.
• Drive process improvements, platform upgrades, and enhancements to implementation methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in project management, business, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately five years of experience in project delivery or account management, preferably with global or enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of project management best practices; certification is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple stakeholders independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with travel or expense management tools is useful; Cytric experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and German is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
