Senior Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Take full ownership of complex fixed-price software projects.
• Establish project governance, delivery processes, communication frameworks, and reporting.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resourcing, forecasts, financial metrics, scope, change requests, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Build stakeholder relationships and maintain transparent, data-driven communication with customer departments and executive stakeholders.
• Lead distributed, cross-functional teams and manage negotiations, conflicts, escalations, and alignment across teams.
• Embed AI tools and integrations into planning, reporting, documentation, communication, risk identification, knowledge management, and repetitive delivery activities while validating outputs against customer, security, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex fixed-price software projects.
• Experience with enterprise customers, multiple stakeholder groups, and senior or executive stakeholders.
• Experience setting up projects from scratch, including team formation, governance, delivery processes, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to improve project management and delivery workflows.
• Strong financial, scope, change request, risk, dependency, escalation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, plus experience leading geographically distributed teams.
