PMO Operations Associate

Location: On-site in Krakow, Poland

Annual salary range: PLN 93,000–163,000, plus potential bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Support PMO processes, SOPs, work instructions, training materials, communications, and the department SharePoint site.
• Coordinate alignment across Clarity, the project toolkit, time tracking, and other PMO systems.
• Support standardized project planning, scheduling, resource tracking, reporting, and customer delivery practices.
• Help develop, track, and communicate KPIs, dashboards, and PMO performance measures.
• Identify process and data-quality improvements and support initiatives that strengthen PMO maturity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Typically 3+ years of experience in PMO operations, project coordination, project management, or a related operational environment.
• Experience supporting process or system improvement initiatives and working with project delivery tools and data.
• Experience with continuous improvement approaches and strong collaboration, ownership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global Business System methodologies.
• Experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, biotechnology, or capital project environments.
• Experience supporting global, cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
