ICT Engagements Coordinator

Technology services organisation delivering large-scale digitalisation projects for European institutions and public and private organisations.

What you will do

• Coordinate ICT projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, acceptance, handover, and closure.
• Coordinate activities and dependencies across networks, cloud and data centre, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, workplace services, monitoring, and service operations.
• Track scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, changes, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
• Facilitate project meetings, technical workshops, status reviews, and follow-up documentation.
• Coordinate technical readiness, including environments, access, capacity, integration, testing, security, and operational dependencies.
• Support business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and external consultants, including supplier mobilisation and contract implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional IT experience, including 3 years in ICT project coordination, engagement coordination, or IT delivery.
• English proficiency confirmed by a recognised language certification.
• Experience coordinating ICT projects involving multiple technical teams and infrastructure domains.
• Understanding of ICT infrastructure, project lifecycle, governance, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent tools.

Nice to have

• PMP®, PRINCE2®, P3M, or an equivalent internationally recognised certification.
