TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Retention & AI) (SaaS/AI): Designing core document workflows, AI-powered experiences, and retention-focused journeys for an international SaaS product with an accent on user research, product analytics, and seamless document completion. Focus on improving repeat usage, designing autofill profiles and mobile experiences, and validating hypotheses through interviews, A/B testing, and iterative releases.
Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the world
Compensation: $6,000–8,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Design core user journeys from opening a document through successful completion and submission.
- Design AI-powered experiences, including document autofill and user profiles for saved information.
- Improve retention, repeat usage, engagement, and the mobile product experience.
- Conduct user research, analyze product metrics, and validate hypotheses through interviews, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers on product decisions and development.
- Iterate on shipped features based on user and product feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS product design experience.
- Experience designing complex web products.
- Experience with AI- or LLM-powered products.
- Experience designing retention-focused experiences, including repeat usage and engagement.
- Strong UX skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with user research, analytics, and A/B testing, plus ownership and autonomy.
