Senior Product Designer (Technical & UX)

Location: Remote-first, limited to candidates residing in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Ukraine

Salary: €4,000–€6,500 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Develop deep product understanding, identify improvement opportunities, and define user problems.
• Lead end-to-end research initiatives, including personas and journey maps.
• Design solutions across research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, product, and sales stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply new AI-assisted workflows and respond effectively to evolving requirements.

Requirements

• Portfolio or case study demonstrating work on SaaS platforms, data visualization tools, or similar data-heavy applications.
• Experience across all design phases, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and usability testing.
• Ability to understand APIs, work with developers, and explain design decisions to technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity about technology and complex system interactions.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience designing developer tooling, infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts or cloud cost optimization workflows.
