TL;DR
Senior Learning Experience & Readiness Specialist (K–12 literacy learning): Developing and delivering instructor-led training, eLearning, and microlearning for literacy products with an accent on learner-centered content, subject-matter expertise, and accessible learning design. Focus on coordinating stakeholders, managing concurrent content deliverables, administering LMS materials, and improving training quality for IST readiness.

Location: Remote in the United States, Massachusetts; minimal travel may be required for occasional in-person training or content delivery.

Salary: $69,250–$118,250 per year, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan.

What you will do

  • Develop literacy product training across instructor-led, eLearning, microlearning, and other formats.
  • Lead higher-visibility content deliverables across multiple literacy products and content areas.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert and primary liaison between Learning Experience and Readiness and IST teams.
  • Coordinate with Product Development, Product Marketing, and program managers to shape literacy content strategy.
  • Support LMS administration, content uploads, training facilitation, and deployment timelines.
  • Review and improve content quality, accessibility, inclusivity, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Deep subject-matter expertise in K–12 literacy instruction and curriculum.
  • Ability to create and deliver accurate, engaging, learner-centered content across multiple formats.
  • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder input, and concurrent initiatives.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, authoring tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Literacy, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development or content development, preferably in K–12 education or publishing.
