Marketing Content Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the editorial and operational content engine across The Manual, hirify.global Interests, hirify.global Conversations, public relations, executive and brand social, and product marketing.
• Set content strategy, manage compliance approval workflows, and publish through the CMS and newsletter platform.
• Write high-leverage emails, landing pages, decks, social copy, digital ad copy, and other materials personally.
• Run hirify.global Conversations by selecting topics and panelists, coordinating advisors, preparing promotional materials, and developing derivative content.
• Manage copy, PR, advertising, and growth agency relationships while improving output, quality, and ROI.
• Scale content operations, own lifecycle content, and improve handoffs between content and revenue operations.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of a content function from strategy through production and distribution.
• Strong personal writing ability across emails, landing pages, decks, and social copy.
• Experience managing copy, PR, advertising, and growth agencies with minimal hand-holding.
• Ability to operate as the senior content voice and make final editorial decisions.
• Strong project management skills across content calendars, agencies, and advisor coordination.
• AI-native approach to content work.

Nice to have

• Experience creating wealth management or personal finance content.
• Fintech familiarity.
