Content and Engagement Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of member campaigns from intake through post-launch readout across SMS, email, print, outbound calls, MyDevoted, and chat.
• Turn incoming requests into complete briefs covering scope, content, technology requirements, timelines, and partner coordination.
• Design member journeys, channel mixes, message sequences, and calls to action with engagement strategy and service design partners.
• Build measurable campaigns using hypotheses, holdouts or variants, performance readouts, and data-informed iteration.
• Own channel QA, launch health checks, contact suppression rules, contact history, campaign sequencing, and ongoing content and logic maintenance.
• Guide the Member Engagement Operations Associate and deliver quarterly process improvements using automation and AI for repetitive work.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in project or program management, communications operations, or engagement operations.
• Experience supporting health program engagement and motivating people to schedule, verify, screen, refill, or complete relevant actions.
• Hands-on experience running or supporting A/B tests or holdout tests.
• Practical experience configuring project management systems such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet, including views and automations.
• Experience designing campaigns or member journeys, using performance data, and improving operational processes.
• Strong writing, communication, attention to detail, and hands-on interest in AI tools.

Nice to have

• Professional fluency in Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience in healthcare, public health, Medicare Advantage, Stars, or other regulated environments.
• Technical fluency with SQL, Looker, or no-code/low-code workflow tools.
• Experience working with older adults or populations requiring plain language and accessibility.
