Content Specialist/Content Engineer

Location: Poznań, Poland; hybrid, with teams in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Create, edit, and maintain content pages and web structures in CMS platforms using WYSIWYG and HTML editors.
• Upload, organize, tag, and optimize digital assets in DAM platforms, including basic cropping, resizing, compression, and format adjustments.
• Use Figma and image-editing tools to prepare simple layouts and web-ready assets.
• Support content migration from legacy platforms and perform visual and technical QA against style, SEO, and formatting standards.
• Investigate content display issues, support authors and end users, and maintain authoring guides and knowledge-base documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, project managers, authors, clients, and cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with one or more CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Contentful, or Drupal.
• Understanding of DAM workflows, content architecture, web application workflows, HTML, CSS, metadata, hyperlinks, and basic responsive design.
• Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Express, or an equivalent image-editing tool; basic Figma knowledge is useful for asset preparation and layouts.
• Methodical approach to high-volume content entry and quality assurance checks.
• Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
• Full-time hybrid work in Poland, with office attendance averaging four days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SEO metadata and web accessibility principles, including alternative text, heading hierarchy, and descriptive links.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint, or Teams.
• CMS or HTML/CSS certifications and education in IT, digital media, computer science, or communications.
