Portfolio Director (AI)

Location: Spain; fully remote work available

What you will do

• Lead the technical and operational strategy for strategic client accounts.
• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and expanding client relationships.
• Lead and coordinate teams of 30–60 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ensure delivery excellence across projects involving Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies.
• Define and present proposals while acting as a technical and business partner to clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology environments.
• At least 5 years of experience leading large engineering, delivery, or consulting teams.
• Previous experience in a technology consulting or services company is mandatory.
• Proven account farming, client growth, and business development experience.
• Strong background in software engineering and web technologies, with experience in Cloud, AI, or Data platforms.
• Experience managing complex programs and international clients, with fluent English and Spanish.
