Salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead multi-asset campaigns across websites, digital video, mobile, web apps, and integrated platforms from concept through final delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple markets and regions, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to high production standards.
• Build senior-level relationships with client leaders, internal teams, and vendor partners.
• Own project scoping, business affairs, vendor partnerships, staffing, contracts, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to business development, organic growth, and project profitability.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, efficiency, and deliverable quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of production experience in an agency, production company, or in-house production environment, with an emphasis on digital campaigns.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary production teams and delivering high-profile campaigns.
• Experience overseeing diverse, large-scale projects and improving production processes and workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, including engagement with senior and C-suite leaders.
• Experience mentoring, evaluating, and developing producers and production staff.
• Proficiency in project management and office software, especially Adobe Workfront, or the ability to learn it quickly.
