What you will do
- Map current processes and build end-to-end workflows that reduce manual work across go-to-market and operations.
- Develop and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automation tools using AI as an integrated part of operational systems.
- Connect tools, data sources, and workflows to enable seamless data flow, real-time insights, and automated actions.
- Create scalable frameworks, governance practices, and performance tracking for workflow automation.
- Monitor workflow performance, iterate based on feedback and impact, and turn ambiguous stakeholder problems into executable solutions.
- Lead solution deployment from discovery through adoption, including enablement and change management.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building production workflows with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar tools.
- Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models, with at least one deployed example.
- Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to design, sequence, and implement workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate between them.
- Experience driving initiatives independently, shipping quickly, and taking ownership from idea to production.
- 2–5 years of experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM or systems role.
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems.
- Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement.
