TL;DR
CTO Operations Engineer (AI) (Cloud Security/AI): Building internal tools, data pipelines, AI workflows, and dynamic dashboards to improve deployment operations and reduce recurring support friction with an accent on large-scale data analysis, automation, and AI agent evaluation. Focus on analyzing support tickets, defining domain maturity metrics and thresholds, and designing cross-functional standards for system health and operational readiness.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Israel; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Identify technical bottlenecks across product lines and engineering workflows with domain leads.
- Build and maintain the Unified Maturity Table, including workflows, support packages, technical parameters, and KPIs.
- Improve internal AI agents by measuring answer quality against human expert interventions.
- Analyze support-ticket patterns with AI and cluster analysis, then implement automated resolution workflows.
- Turn static maturity reports into live dashboards with trend lines and define thresholds based on ticket complexity, resolution times, and domain friction.
- Facilitate design meetings, cross-domain synchronization, documentation, and standards for domain maturity and system health alerts.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, SRE, or Solutions Engineer.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related scientific field.
- Proficiency with Python, advanced SQL, and large datasets on platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Experience with modern data modeling tools and reliable data pipelines.
- Daily experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, plus strong prompt-engineering skills.
- Ability to automate manual processes into scalable engineering solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agent architectures, RAG concepts, and auditing AI model outputs.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Linux, Docker, Git, and Terraform.
- Ability to translate technical friction into roadmaps, metrics, and end-to-end execution.
