German or Dutch Speaker Export Sales Order Management Senior Analyst (SAP)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; flexible hybrid working from the Budapest offices

Salary: HUF 9,120,000–13,680,000 per year

hirify.global is a global healthcare company developing medicines and vaccines and operating international Order to Cash services through its strategic hubs.

What you will do

• Manage export sales order compliance, including export license assignment, verification, and control compliance.
• Check and validate export documentation, determine documentation requirements, and support customs declarations through SAP GTP or customs brokers.
• Block and release orders for delivery or billing, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions with distribution and other stakeholders.
• Monitor intercompany automation through the final billing entity, detect errors, and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate stock allocation, backorders, delivery exceptions, logistics, transport, invoicing, and shipment documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of order processing and related global process initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of supply chain experience, or at least 5 years in customer service, Order to Cash, master data, contract, or commercial conditions management; pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of international trade, export documentation, compliance requirements, and customer inventory management.
• Hands-on SAP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA, with knowledge of the SAP SD module; SAP GTS expertise is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of commercial policies, pricing, rebates, invoices, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent English and German or Dutch, written and spoken, are required.
• Diploma in economics, trade, foreign trade, logistics, or finance, with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in business services organizations, process improvement, transition projects, or case management tools.
• Additional European language skills.
