What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between the CIO organisation and Asia Pacific market leadership.
• Align technology initiatives with business priorities and translate strategies into actionable roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across diverse groups.
• Oversee the technology project portfolio, including delivery, budgets, strategic alignment, and risk management.
• Drive adoption of technology solutions and lead organisational change supporting new technologies and processes.
• Identify opportunities to use emerging technologies for innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in business relationship management, team leadership, or similar leadership roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborating with business leaders.
• Expertise in change management and technology-driven transformation.
• Proven experience in business process improvement, portfolio management, and project management.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundations, PMP, or BRM Professional Certification.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organisations.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital platforms.
