What a College Intern - Regional Product Ops Testing Lead (Digital Go To Market)

What you will do

• Coordinate testing strategies, plans, schedules, deliverables, and resource requirements with project managers.
• Support testing throughout requirements, design, development, and end-to-end delivery phases.
• Run project testing review calls, maintain dashboards, and communicate progress, escalations, and issue analysis.
• Collaborate with project, business, cross-functional, and service delivery teams to complete testing within scope and schedule.
• Support change management, resolve testing issues, and help deliver project benefits and quality objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Availability for a full-time internship of at least six months starting in January 2027.
• Experience with project planning tools and software for creating, managing, and tracking testing results.
• Ability to create test schedules, resource allocation plans, and communicate testing plans, proposals, and results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, change management, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and version control, with experience coordinating matrixed teams and resources.

• Ability to step into different project roles when needed.
• Strong business acumen in ecommerce.
