Product Manager (Payroll)

Location: Hybrid in the London office, two days per week; UK

What you will do

• Define requirements for payroll product features and enhancements.
• Lead features through development, QA, UAT, beta, and go-live.
• Manage and contribute to the product roadmap using user research and market data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Track project success metrics and assess client and business impact.
• Support new business development and client retention through product opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience building, shipping, and iterating on customer-facing products.
• Direct or indirect payroll experience, or a demonstrated ability to learn payroll domain complexities quickly.
• Strong product sense, execution focus, prioritization, and ownership.
• Experience with Agile software development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of the relationship between compliance and user experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems such as ADP, Workday, Rippling, or Gusto.
