What you will do

• Act as the primary technical resource for Test Engineering and lead team members to meet KPIs.
• Perform electrical test qualification and support production ramp-ups.
• Own test program changes, optimization, and deployment.
• Drive test yield improvements and reduce test overkills.
• Lead cross-site test improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct training for test technicians and engineers.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of electronics fundamentals including Power MOS, Bipolar Discretes, SiC, GaN, and IGBT.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and quality tools such as 8D, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools like Minitab, Exensio, and SpotFire.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and conduct meetings.
