hirify.global is hiring for an early-stage team building next-generation infrastructure for regulated financial markets.

What you will do

• Design secure, scalable distributed systems, APIs, integration patterns, and architecture for a ledger-based post-trade platform.
• Contribute to ledger, smart contract, tokenisation, digital asset, and on-chain/off-chain design decisions.
• Work on atomic settlement, DvP/RvP mechanisms, and integration concepts for central bank digital currencies.
• Translate regulatory and market-structure requirements into technical designs for financial infrastructure.
• Write production-quality code, review code, and improve CI/CD, testing, observability, auditability, and resilience.
• Communicate technical concepts to engineering, product, client, and regulatory audiences and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

• Track record designing and building software products with a strong grounding in distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with distributed ledgers or blockchain platforms and familiarity with tokenisation and digital assets.
• Strong API design skills, including REST and event-driven architecture.
• Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Solidity, and SQL.
• Understanding of post-trade processes, securities depositories, DvP/RvP models, atomic settlement, and financial infrastructure regulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, structured thinking, ownership, resilience, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
