What you will do

• Define and lead the delivery of data platforms, end-to-end pipelines, and system integrations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into detailed solution designs, including work packages and resourcing.
• Establish and implement best practice data engineering and governance frameworks.
• Optimize client operating models, covering technology architecture and business processes.
• Lead, mentor, and coach implementation teams of developers and technical consultants.
• Contribute to the development of internal IP, propositions, and accelerators.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or architecture, focusing on transformational projects.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms (e.g., Semarchy, Profisee, Reltio) and data modeling tools (Erwin, ER/Studio).
• Experience with ETL/ELT design (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, dbt) and event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Event Hub).
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and data governance tools (Collibra, Alation).
• Direct experience within the Asset & Wealth Management industry.
