Retail Finance Manager, Coach SEA (AI)

Location: Singapore, SGP (Singapore Corporate Office); periodic travel within Singapore and Malaysia is required

What you will do

• Manage sales, discount, and margin planning for Singapore and Malaysia, including annual operating plans, long-range plans, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasts.
• Track performance against plan, forecast, and prior year, explaining drivers, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Inventory Management, and regional and global Finance teams.
• Assess pricing changes, promotions, business development opportunities, and growth initiatives through financial models and scenarios.
• Use AI, analytics, and automation to improve planning, reporting, and decision support while maintaining data governance and analytical accuracy.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders; travel periodically to understand store and customer realities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Retail Finance, FP&A, or business finance, ideally in retail, consumer products, or an omnichannel environment.
• Strong experience in sales, discount, and margin planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business case development.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong financial modeling and presentation capabilities.
• Comfort using modern analytical and productivity tools, including AI; experience with SAP, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong retail judgment, communication, stakeholder-management, influencing, and independent decision-making skills.
