Senior Manager, FP&A (AI/SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead the FP&A team, including model ownership, planning calendars, review controls, documentation, data flows, hiring, coaching, and role design.
• Own the annual budgeting and re-forecasting cycles, converting Sales, RevOps, and People inputs into revenue, commission, personnel, opex, capex, and cash-flow forecasts.
• Build, maintain, and review operating-plan, forecast, scenario, cash-flow, and acquisition-integration models.
• Drive management reporting and financial analysis for board and investor packs, explaining variance against plan through operational drivers.
• Automate planning, data collection, variance analysis, and report production through AI-enabled workflows while measuring cycle time, error rates, and analyst capacity.

Requirements

• Experience with driver-based forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, investment analysis, and scalable financial model architecture.
• Knowledge of bookings, recurring revenue, renewals, pipeline conversion, revenue recognition timing, and commission-plan mechanics.
• Experience with headcount and cost planning, non-personnel opex, capex, cost allocation, cash-flow forecasting, FX exposure, and multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction environments.
• Experience designing KPIs, performing variance analysis, and preparing management, board, and investor reporting.
• Knowledge of FP&A systems, finance, CRM, and HR data flows, workflow automation, and AI-enabled analysis.
