Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A Intl

Location: Singapore, Central Singapore; hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for international business units.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, including key drivers, risks, opportunities, and variances.
• Partner with regional and functional leaders to provide financial insights for business decisions and performance improvement.
• Develop financial models for business scenarios, investments, cost initiatives, and business cases.
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and performance across international markets.
• Support long-range planning, strategic initiatives, internal controls, and continuous improvement of FP&A tools and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, or accounting.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in a matrixed, global environment.
• Fluency in English is required; international travel of approximately 10–20% may be required.

Nice to have

• MBA, master’s degree, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent professional finance qualification.
• Experience with international or regional business operations and multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or international financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
• Healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industry experience.
