Senior Manager, FP&A (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid role with 1 day in office

What you will do

• Lead the FP&A team, including model ownership, planning calendars, review controls, documentation, data flows, hiring, coaching, and role design.
• Own annual budgeting and re-forecasting, translating Sales, RevOps, and People inputs into revenue, personnel, commission, operating expense, and capital expenditure plans.
• Build and maintain operating plan, forecast, cash-flow, scenario, and acquisition-integration models for a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction business.
• Drive management reporting and prepare financial analysis for board and investor packs, including variance analysis and operational drivers.
• Automate data collection, plan consolidation, variance analysis, and report production using AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Knowledge of driver-based forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, investment analysis, and auditable financial model architecture.
• Experience with bookings, recurring revenue, renewals, pipeline conversion, revenue recognition timing, and commission plan mechanics.
• Experience with personnel planning, operating expenses, capital expenditures, cost allocation, cash-flow forecasting, and foreign-exchange exposure.
• Knowledge of KPI design, variance analysis, management reporting, and board or investor reporting conventions.
• Experience with FP&A systems, finance, CRM, and HR data flows, workflow automation, and AI-enabled analysis.
