- Supervise a team of operatives and drivers.
- Plan shift activities and take action to achieve service-level targets.
- Educate team members on business goals and service objectives.

- Maintain team motivation and coordinate work effectively during the shift.
Requirements
- Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight-processing environment is desirable.
- Ability to manage personal and team time effectively with attention to detail.
- Strong customer focus and good communication skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach.
