Graduate Buyer (Procurement)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home; up to 30 days per year may be worked from any location worldwide.

What you will do

• Support category leads across hardware and software procurement, sourcing, contracting, and administration.
• Conduct market research and provide data and management information for category strategies.
• Support supplier onboarding, procurement due diligence, NDA drafting, and statements of work.
• Set up and support RFP, RFI, and e-sourcing activities, including supplier shortlisting and quote collection.
• Contribute to procurement transformation projects, supplier surveys, and the Supplier Management Framework deployment.
• Support the deployment of Ivalua and other digital tools, including AI adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills for market research and data analysis.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work across culturally diverse teams.
• Eligible to work in Prague without visa sponsorship.
