Regional General Manager (Aviation)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; successful candidates must relocate to the APAC region, specifically Singapore, Thailand, or Malaysia.

What you will do

• Define, execute, and monitor short- and long-term sales plans for the APAC region.
• Lead strategic commercial initiatives and manage sales targets, budgets, and profitability.
• Direct regional selling activities, including resource deployment, channel strategy, and customer engagement.
• Standardize regional sales processes and ensure consistent implementation across markets.
• Review business intelligence and sales reports to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop diverse sales teams while building relationships with senior customers, stakeholders, and industry bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, or relevant commercial and analytical experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in the aviation industry, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Experience managing senior-level relationships and diverse teams across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to deliver business goals, profitability, and revenue growth.
• Ability to innovate and work in a creativity-driven environment.
• UAE nationality and willingness to relocate to Singapore, Thailand, or Malaysia are required.
