Display Customer Engineer

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment with Senior Field Service Engineers.
• Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Coordinate directly with customers to support smooth equipment operation.
• Work in cleanroom environments and follow required safety, environmental, and on-site procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
• 1–2 years of customer service, field service, or related technical experience; 2–4 years is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and resolve basic technical challenges.
• Basic mechanical aptitude in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters, plus basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a passport if travel is required, and ability to meet physical and on-site safety requirements.
