Structural Issue Management Lead (Advanced Lithography)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end management of complex equipment-related structural issues, from detection and prioritization through corrective action and validation.
• Analyze system performance data, downtime events, availability, MTBF, and recovery metrics to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Develop and execute improvement strategies that increase system stability, reliability, availability, and productivity.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, product development, customer support, and global development teams to accelerate resolution and solution deployment.
• Establish issue tracking, reporting, escalation, and governance processes.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance while sharing lessons learned and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 8 years of experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, high-tech equipment, automotive, aerospace, or another complex engineering industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving technical issue resolution and performance improvement.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions in operational environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment or advanced industrial systems.
• Experience working with global and multicultural teams.
• Project management or technical leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
