Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global solutions that improve financial wellbeing, revenue, and loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options using technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems by applying banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage operational risk and support accurate, efficient daily branch activities.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered instead.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer needs, prospecting, and selling.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and priority-management skills.
• Must work in the office at the Farmington Hills branch.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
