What you will do

• Build trusted customer relationships and create seamless experiences in the financial center.
• Identify customer financial goals through purposeful questions and active listening.
• Guide customers through account selection and opening, transactions, and financial product recommendations.
• Grow relationships through proactive outreach, personalized follow-up, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Connect customers with Mortgage, Business Banking, Wealth, and other specialized partners.
• Support financial center operations by following procedures, managing risk, and meeting customer experience and growth goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a people-focused approach.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and lead meaningful financial conversations.
• Attention to detail, confidence with technology, and ability to use Microsoft Office and department software.
• Ability to work as part of a team and with onsite equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
