What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized experiences.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing risk.
• Support daily branch operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience; no degree may be acceptable with a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the Tempe, Arizona branch environment.
