Personal Banker (Banking)

Location: New Carlisle, Ohio, United States; in-office position at the New Carlisle Branch

Base salary: $41,250.00–$68,750.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that support financial wellbeing, loyalty, and revenue growth.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options by using banking technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems, manage risk, and follow established policies and procedures.
• Support efficient and accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and technology skills.
• Successful candidates must pass applicable background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
