Warehouse Operations Manager (Site Manager)

Location: Warehouse in Malmö, Sweden

hirify.global operates a micromobility service and develops scooter-based urban transportation solutions.

What you will do

• Lead warehouse and fleet operations teams and maintain high performance across warehouse activities.
• Ensure high service and maintenance standards for scooters, including hands-on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Plan shifts, structure field and warehouse workflows, track performance, and implement standard operating procedures.
• Promote a safe working environment and manage all warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers, landlords, staffing agencies, local business associations, and internal stakeholders.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new warehouse and field team members.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license for Sweden.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing large teams, with leadership training and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of digital work tools such as MS Office, G Suite, ERP systems, and data tools such as Tableau.
• Understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles, with an interest in new technology and AI.
