CPS Expenses Specialist (Belgium Support)

What you will do

• Process company invoices and employee expense claims within contractual timelines and policy requirements.
• Reconcile, validate, and submit vendor invoice payments.
• Review and approve expense reports for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Work with employees, vendors, Finance, and HR stakeholders to support operational processes.
• Respond to expense-related queries and resolve concerns.
• Maintain operational controls, identify risks, and support service-level agreements and performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to high-quality service.
