Payment Operations Associate (Crypto)

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Process and monitor daily transactions, including PESONet and InstaPay transfers.
• Monitor dashboards and alerts, identify unusual transaction activity or system issues, and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Support reconciliation by comparing transaction records with partner and bank reports and resolving unmatched or pending items.
• Handle exceptions and basic settlement activities while coordinating with banks, e-wallets, payment partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain operational documentation and support testing and validation of new payment features, partners, and process changes.
• Follow internal controls, compliance requirements, and standard procedures for fiat money movement and customer transactions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in payments operations, banking operations, fintech, or transaction processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and reliability.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and operational dashboards.
• Good communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PESONet and InstaPay payment rails.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks.
